Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We use a mix of carriers, including USPS, UPS, and others, to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Local Pickup or Delivery

Local pickup or delivery is available in the Bronx, NY area. Details and scheduling information will be provided at checkout or via email after your order is placed.

Delivery Estimates

Most U.S. orders, including Puerto Rico, are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item and it was due to an error on our part, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We do not accept returns or replacements for items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
