Our Policy

At Creations by Chela, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because most of our items are customized or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was incorrectly fulfilled by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect due to our error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Important: If an item is damaged during shipping due to carrier handling, the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Creations by Chela, LLC is not responsible for damages caused during transit.

To request a replacement for an incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at creationsbychela72@gmail.com
Include your order number and photos of the item showing the issue
We will review your request and send a replacement as quickly as possible
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
Items ordered incorrectly by the customer
Refunds

We do not issue refunds for custom orders unless there was a fulfillment error on our part. In the rare case of a mistake, a replacement will be issued rather than a refund.
